Code Review
Peer reviewing code has been proven, in multiple studies, as one of the most effective methods for improving the quality and maintainability of a software project. It dramatically reduces bugs before any testing starts and can catch many design issues before they become real problems. The earlier code reviews are instituted in a project, the higher the probability of the project successfully meeting its objectives.
