We know it's hard to evaluate a potential IT partner so we promise that our first 3 hours are free. We're happy to chat to you for a couple of hours or else if you want us to work on a little project, we're happy to do that too. When you like our work, you'll feel more confident about engaging us in a more meaningful way.

Small is perfect

We're a boutique IT Consultancy with a lot of experience. We love being small. It allows us to focus on what we're good at:

• personal service
• an active interest in your business
• tailored recommendations to increase your productivity
• business analysis
• custom software development and systems integration

and ignore all the baggage you get with the bloated large IT consultancies. They over-charge and under-deliver because they have so many layers of bureaucracy requiring endless reports and project plans. Their consultants have to meet timesheet and billing targets so you end up paying for every minute they think about your business. They can't help charging so much but unfortunately, having more managers doesn't lead to better solutions delivery.

We're the opposite. We charge a lot less and deliver a lot more. We're not going to bill you for every 2 minute phone call. Instead we're going to treat you the way we'd like to be treated. We'll answer your calls/emails promptly. We'll return them quickly if we can't take them straight away. We're going to manage your budget carefully and work hard to provide you value for money. And if we think an approach or an idea is a dead-end or too complex, we'll let you know.

However, small doesn't mean limited. We've worked on some very large projects. Our largest has been a multi-man-year, multi-million dollar foreign-exchange pricing and booking engine for an investment banking client that is processing over AU$1.5 billion a day in trades. The client was very pleased with the result and so were we.

And yet we're equally happy working on a simple crystal report or Excel spreadsheet for our smallest client because we know how much time and work it will save them. It sounds very cliched but we're happiest when our clients are happy.

At the end of the day, we're here to increase your productivity either through

• or better integration of your systems

If we don't think we can do that we'll say so. We're not interested in wasting your money.
